Do you think the government and the people of every countries should take immediate actions against Global Warming?

I think everybody has a part to take strict actions against Global Warming. Ice caps in the North and South Pole are melting and the Earth is in a danger crisis. Government should create rules to let people carry actions that would not harm the Earth. Although we can't stop the greenhouse effect, but we can slower the process of destroy of the ozone layer. Also, people must have the initiative to practise conservation and recycling , it can helped the environment. So I hope everybody can play a role in protecting the Earth, which is the only place of supporting the living environment.
